Which charts to you stock?

We keep a large stock of pretty much everything except Operational Navigation Charts (ONC) including all of the following US aeronautical publications:
- Terminal Procedure Publications (TPP) in both bound and loose leaf format
- Low Altitude Enroute Charts and the Area Chart
- High Altitude Enroute Charts
- Airport/Facility Directories (A/FD) plus the Alaska and Pacific Supplement.
- VFR Sectionals including all Alaska Sectionals
- VFR Terminal Area Charts (TAC)
- World Aeronautical Charts
- Digital Terminal Procedure Publications on DVD
- Digital Sectional and Terminal Area Charts on DVD
- Helicopter Route Charts

How do I pay for the charts?

We require full payment at the time of shipping. Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or a pre-payment via check or money order. You can also keep a pre-paid balance on account to be used as payment on future orders. Sorry, we are unable to provide open accounts (Net 30) and still provide the discounts that we offer.

What is your return policy?

You will be able to choose from one of two discount structures. You can get the best possible discount and order only what you need. Or, you can give up a few points of margin and return some of the charts that you ordered.
If you choose to get the best possible margin, we won't be able to make any returns after the charts have expired. However, if you find that you have excess inventory, contact us at least thirty days PRIOR to the obsolete date and there's a good chance that we'll buy them back in original condition for full price.

Will you drop ship to my customers?

Yes! If you're a local pilot shop in Charleston, SC you probably don't get many requests for the Seattle Sectional Chart. But, if one of YOUR customers needs that chart, you'd like to be able to take care of them.
Now, you can collect the money from your customer. Then login to FAAChartAgent.com and place the order shipping directly to your customer.
We'll charge you the wholesale price and mail the chart(s) directly to your customer (not showing any pricing information).
